All sales are final unless your product came damaged or something on our part . At that point , you can return your products and get a full refund . 

Products must be returned in the same condition in original package as received for a full refund . 

If your package was returned to us for incorrect address on your behalf , an additional shipping fee will be required to send out package again . 

We don’t adjust or change anyone address . Our system print all shipping labels from address entered at checkout .
